Raymond (Beijing) Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in Beijing Miyun Economic Development Zone and is adjacent to Beijing Capital Airport and Beijing-Chengde Expressway. The company covers an area of 160,000㎡ and the present workshop area is 40,000㎡. The total workshop area will be as big as 110,000㎡ in 2012. Currently there are 360 employees in the company, 20 of whom are professor engineers and 29 are senior engineers and technicians. The R&D center of Raymond is furnished with CAD and CAM so as to conduct product design and development, and its product analysis and research center adopts software such as Pro/E and SolidWorks to realize product modeling and finite-element analysis. Raymond owns 158 sets of metal processing and cutting equipment including first-rate large horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers, CNC machine tools, vertical lathes, horizontal boring machines, supersonic sphere spraying devices, ball processing equipment, etc; welding equipment such as full-automatic submerged arc welding machines, gas shielded welding machines, etc; advanced physiochemical NDT, spectral analysis, mechanical property testing, ultrasonic fault detectors, ultrasonic thickness gages and equipment for heating processing. The company also possesses advanced comprehensive valve performance testing, valve torque, life test devices and equipment. In the meantime, it is also provided with a full set of advanced and comprehensive quality control systems and perfect quality assurance systems together with international, domestic and regional certification such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO28001, API, CE/PED, TS quality system certification, API607, API 6FA, etc.

Relying on international design concepts and introducing advanced design and manufacturing technologies from abroad, Raymond has developed many valve products such as ball valves, gate valves, stop valves, check valves, butterfly valves, etc, all of which accord with various technical standards like ASME, ANSI, API, EN, GB, JIS, DIN and ISO and so on. Among these products, the high-performance large-caliber all-welded pipeline ball valves, abrasion-resistant ball valves for coal chemical industry and all-welded ball valves for regional heating are Raymond’s representative high-tech products. The product size range: 3/8″~60″ (DN10~DN1500); the pressure rate range: ASME/ANSI Class150~2500Lb (PN0.25~42.0Mpa); the materials can be used for cst or all kinds of forged carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, titanium alloy, nickel-based alloy and other special purposes; the product operating temperature range: -196℃~+550℃.
