Because of coal gasification pumped medium temperature is very high, and has a strong corrosive, still contain a large number of particle diameter of 6 mm of solid material, so this kind of technology on pipeline pump selection puts forward very high technical requirements. In this project, the pump casing and impeller material using two phase stainless steel and impeller also specially hardening treatment. In order to meet the high pressure process requirements, we design engineers to pump the strengthening treatment, will pressure rating from 10 kg ascend to kg. The project scope of supply includes relevant supporting system, such as frequency inverter and soft start control device.
The site of the project in India Orissa (Orissa) east rural, the factory will use from gasification process output syngas ironmaking. In the steel plant using this process, it is the first of its kind in the world, and more than the traditional methods of environmental protection. Moreover, coal gasification of coal used for ravens, not used in coking and combustion.
